Hi Dave, sorry I did not get to talk to you last night at the Lions, Tigers & Beers gathering. You are so right about paper vs Internet.
Last night there were business cards flyers/papers, etc., left on the tables, maybe unread, maybe not, but it seems as if paperless advertisement is another option.

I would agree that there was alot of "stuff" left on the tables last night. A suggestion would be to have a table at the front for sign in and leave any materials that you would like. That way if someone decides to put things on the table they can pick up the remaining pieces when they leave. Members and guests will be able to take what they are interested in and not waste materials. Less clean up and a little easier for Laura to collect the sign in sheet with everyones name on it. We are really growing!

I think that having your name out there on the WWW is critical! I also really like the idea of a specific table for all the paper advertisements! It will certainly cut back on waste and make things operate a bit smoother..... I will start that at the upcoming lunch meeting. Thanks for the suggestions!

Laura,
I also like the idea of a separate table for flyers and post cards, etc. Possibly by the door so when we sign in, we can take what we need.
Mark is correct, this is the best networking group! We are rockin'!
