I've said it a million times so far. Janet is awesome to deal with! You can not go wrong with using her and National City. Like the card says, "They actually get back to you." Not only that but they go out of their way to help you.
I remember calling my old bank one for a business start up loan. The loan agent told me they could give me a start up loan for a percentage of what my business made the previous year. I asked him how the business could of made anything the previous year if I am trying to start up? He did not know what to say. Dealing with Janet and National City was nothing like that experience!
