I have a quick question...If I prepay online and drop my package off do you get anything for it? I always feel bad thinking that the UPS Stores have to take my packages, scan them, and handle them and not get paid for it.

Danase, Thanks for inquiring, we receive minimal payment from UPS for accepting pre-paid packages in which we also pay royalties to the franchise. What is unfortunate is that many times customers will bring in their pre-paid packages and they are not taped and ready to go. About 1 year ago we started charging a small fee to seal pre-paid packages.... which many customers hassle us about. I don't think people realize how expensive tape can be (it's a petroleum based product). If we didn't charge to seal it ....I'd be in the hole on pre-paids... Additionally, if I ship something illegal or hazaradous even on a pre-paid label I can be held accountable. So we ask and document every single pre-paid....alot of work for a little pay. However, please understand.....we would welcome your package anytime afterall, we are here to service the community and hopefully make a living in the meantime.

Thanks for the response. It was just something I always wondered about. It sucks that you don't get much for those, especially the PITA ones. I can't believe people would bring them in unsealed expecting you to do all of the work and then fuss over paying for it.
Thanks again!
Bob
