I'm fairly new to DADBA but am enjoying the friendly atmosphere especially at the Firehouse.
I'm a licensed Real Estate Salesperson who can refer single family home sellers in the Detroit area to a real estate firm that buys homes in good condition for close to fair market value if it doesn't sell. This may also help buyers interested in your home.
Also I can help anyone with a privately-funded note like a land contract who wishes to sell for cash.
If you know of anyone who is trying to get rid of a property when the owner is "upside down"; I have permission to give you 8 tips to help instead of going into foreclosure.
