Laura tells me it's not too late to introduce myself properly to the DADBA community, so here goes: In 2007 I decided to jump into business for myself, without any direction or guidance. All I knew is that I wanted to sell Wind Spinners. In August Kathy Koze and I kicked around the pros and cons of the idea, and the pro column won. "Catch the Sun Garden Accents" is now my home based business. My products are colorful, sun-reflective Wind Spinners, made in the USA. Once the boxes and boxes of the first order showed up, I thought to myself "YIKES! Now What?" Then Kathy suggested I check out DADBA. (Isn't it great that she lives right down the street from me!) I actually waited until December to join, then wondered why I had waited so long. DADBA has been the spark that really got my business off to a promising start. It's been great fun and extremely useful, and I look forward to meeting you all at future networking events. Remember. Your landscaping isn't complete without a Wind Spinner. Nicely said Margo! So far I have really enjoyed hearing about the wind spinners and will be purchasing one soon.
It is great that Kathy gave you the information and you joined. If every member brought in just another friend or business contact, then the following happened again next month. Our little village would become a city overnight.

Thanks Kevin. The company just sent me a new catalog, and it's so hard to decide which ones I like the best. The catalog will be with me at the Business Expo at Crystal Gardens on Feb. 13. The seminar topics sound interesting and important. I'm also looking forward to having my booth set up after the Expo. In the meantime, see you at the IBR's. Margo

Thank you Jennifer, and thank you Mark. This would be a good time to mention that I will be donating to Children with Hairloss, from the proceeds of the sales of my Wind Spinners at the Expo. I'm really looking forward to meeting new friends, and saying "hi" to the ones I have already made through DADBA. See you at the Expo. Margo
