Good morning everyone--looks like a quiet day. I've been up since 5, made breakfast shakes with Shaklee protein and juice for John & me, got John off to work, fed the dog, started dinner, walked the treadmill, answered emails, sent a SendOutCard and getting ready for the j.o.b. till 5:30.
Then back home--getting ready for a health expo next month.

Hi Linda, ok, i'm reminded of the old Army slogan. "We do more before 9am than most people do all day" .... What do you attribute that energy to? The Shaklee protein shake or vitamins or?? I need to get my order in to you for whichever is the place to start.

Mary, I'd love to give all the credit to Shaklee...well, I'll give a large percentage...but I do not sleep long hours because I worked midnights for nearly 30 years. I get 5 hours straight and I'm feeling good--it is for that REASON that I need to take Shaklee.
John & I have a fruit smoothie each morning wiht Shaklee's protein powder and fruit--John has his in juice and I have mine in Rice or Almond Milk.
Then I take Shaklee's vitamins. I believe the Vita Lea and the B-Complex make my day go smoothly, and when I'm hit with something stressful, I take a Stress Relief Complex.
I LOVE Shaklee. And I recommend the soy protein once or twice a day, and the VitaLea vitamins. We have whatever fits your nutritional needs. Just let me know and I will get it for you.

I truly LOVE my Shaklee daily vitamins. I also believe that I healed faster and better and was back on my feet much quicker, when I had my emergency surgery back in October, because of taking Shaklee vitamins. They keep me alert, and ready to take on the world. I also only need about 5-6 hours sleep and I attribute that to Shaklee as well. I am well rested and ready to go each morning and my energy lasts well in to the evening. If you haven't met with Linda and filled out her questionnaire on your health, you need to do that.
