Cooking Basics – Thursday 1-14-10, 6:00pm-8:00pm Do you know the difference between fry and sauté? Simmer or boil? How about baking, roasting and braising? Chef will explain and demonstrate these cooking methods. Also discussed are kitchen tools and utensils, how to read a recipe, measuring and food safety. The first 5 DADBA Members to call me at 734 775-7294 get to attend tonights class free!

Wonderful class tonight, Chef Brian.
John & I loved the beef roast and the pork loin...so tender you almost didn't have to chew. And I can't say enough about the soup.
YUM!
John & I will see you at another class soon.

Drat! I knew I should check the board more often--I could have been part of the free "first five!" I bet it was a terrific class.
