Thanks Mary. I appreciate an "employer's" perspective on this because I often wonder how any employer can wade through TONS of resumes, reading them all and I think using SOC just gives that person "a leg up" on being a creative and "outside the box" thinker, which is what most employers are looking for. Some with fresh, new, innovative ideas to help the bottom line!
