Wow! Just got home from Sandina's cooking class at the kitchen stadium of N.A. Mans Kitchen & Bath Center. It was Fancy Smancy appetizers for the holidays. Everything was fabulous!! I specifically went to get the recipe for the butternut squash lasagna - it is so good I could become a vegetarian!!
If you haven't been to one of Sandina's cooking classes you should really go! Its dinner, its a class, its entertainment - all rolled into one fun evening.
Kudo's Sandina!!

I have to say the same...WOW! The food was yummy and beautiful too! I learned a lot and ate a lot! It was a fun evening. The next class is on desserts. Get in while you can because Sandina's classes book up quickly!
Thanks Sandina (and her assistant Mark) for a wonderful evening.

Thank you both for attending the class last night.....a great group of women (and two Mark's!!). I hope that you recreate the dishes over the holidays to share with family and friends. It's nice to know that even in these difficult financial times we can still be comforted by the simple things....and food is my comfort! Thank you for your continuous support of my work......and my passion!
