Do you have an employee who is going above and beyond? Do you need to do an incentive to get your employees motivated? Why not offer them a weekend away for a job well done. (Someone sent their employee with with the highest sales for the month for a weekend in Traverse City). There are so many places to go for a great get a way. Let us know what we can do to help!
