Well I am not new, but wanted to say hello to old and new friends and let everyone know I am back to work at STEP (Services to Enhance Potential). The agency had to do some reorganizing after budget cuts in mental health (I guess we should be used to that by now, 
) BUT I am now back with STEP and am very happy to be after a long, rough summer...
For those of you who don't know me, I manage a program at STEP called "Recovery Through Employment" which assists people with a mental illnesses and/or other disabilities with various employment-related needs, ranging from those who are just trying to enter the job market to those with many years of experience and education who are re-entering the working world. We work with employers in finding you a great employee, as well as with any assistance you need in the hiring process, information on ADA, etc.
I'm happy to be back with DADBA and look forward to seeing you all again and meeting new members! Thank you to everyone who was so supportive of me during my time off work, especially Sharrie Root and Barb Duran, who are awesome!!!!!!
