Great conversations and networking tonight. I think that everyone who came will soon be thinking outside the box because of what they learned tonight. I know that is my goal.

Thanks to Candice's story about losing the job due to not being more pushy ( sometimes that's what it takes we concluded). Well, I had mentioned that BIG event that I wanted to secure -- supplying costumes for Halloween WEDDING -- so I made my 1st call the the gal today!!! It's been like 10 days gone by, what was I waiting for? her to forgot about me?  Now she's working on contacting the bride for me -- I plan to follow up with her regularly until I get a yes/no on this job. Thanks Candice, Barb, Laura, and Linda who also chimed in on this matter!
