Marinated some steaks for 2 days in a tasty sauce--a pinch of sugar, some Caribbean Jerk seasoning, catsup, red wine vinegar, a dab of spicy mustard, some olice oil and a dash of pepper--
Grilled them tonight--YUM. Tasty and tender.
To round off the dinner, I sauteed brown rice and onions, added dried cranberries and some boullion and French cut green beans.
Now if I could only learn how to bake cookies on the grill like Chef Brian...
