Just been running some test over the last week, and maybe you already know this, maybe you don`t. Nobody wants EMAIL... they want MEmail. When your doing anytype of email blast. Be precise in the subject line of exactly what the person is receiving, also include the word YOUR this will get you more opens than anything. Your Special Coupon To Our Store Your discount for dinner is here etc, etc, blah blah.... YOUR open rate will increase by 50% or greater.

Good point Kevin! I often sign my correspondence "Your favorite jewelry lady". Then it reminds them I am their favorite!

I don't believe in TRICKERY when sending E-mail blasts. My customers gave me there E-mails because they want to be updated on our ever changing Inventory and Sales. I like to end mine with THANK YOU. I really want our customers to know they are appreciated. We want 100% customer satisfaction.
