Writing some 7 day notices out for failure to pay rent, rental market is just as tough as the housing market.

I think that people make things tougher then they really are, or need to be. I have been a Landlord for 19 years. I have only had one eviction obviously from my lack of experience.( MY first year being a landlord ) I learned a lot from that experience. I have built a very successful business renovating and renting out homes. To answer an earlier question Kevin, I have never been called a slum lord, and if I was would truly have to second guess what I was doing. I try to treat people the way I want to be treated. |
