No I am not in Real Estate...However, I know the owner of Barbara's Perfect Ten in Taylor (located on Goddard between Telegraph & Pardee) She getting ready to retire and is putting her place up for sale in June. Just in case anyone might be interested. It is currently a Nail Salon / Hair Salon with a boutique. This building would also be great for day care, flower shop, Real Estate and many other options.
