Last night I took Chef Brian's Mexican Cooking for Gringo's class, to learn how to feed a family of four [4] for a week on $25 or so.
Wow.[/bI knew the food would be great, I've had Chef Brian cook for us before, but learning how to save time and $$ was so easy with his simple teaching methods.
I hated my mother's clumpy Spanish Rice, but Chef Brian made some last night [his Grandma Lopez's Spanish Rice] that it was flaky and tasty and he fluffed it easily with a fork. Delicious...
Shhhh. Maybe I should not tell you this, but Chef Brian had a secret ingredient for Grandma Lopez's Spanish rice--the secret ingredient was time. Yep, time. Now you'll need to attend a cooking class to learn what I mean.
Thanks Chef Brian. I loved the freshly made chips and salsa, and yum, that guacamole was perfect. Not salty at all. And John loved the dish Karen sent home for him.
Blessings, Linda [& John]

Thanks Linda! I enjoy teaching as much as the students enjoy eating!

I have also taken that class in the past, and the salsa is amazing.
