I'm bringing sliced beef & mushroom gravy--anyone have noodles, or mashed potatoes?

Hoping the rain will hold off long enough to fire up the grill at the firehouse. Thinking grilled salmon or scallops.

Thanks Chef Brian, pork was my first choice, but for some reason 'red' meat sounded good. [I'm bringing foam plates to hold more.]

What a feast, as someone said last night: Fit for Kings and Queens. We had delicious roast pork, beef tips in mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, a roasted garlic hummus, plus a fantastic [and very creative] homemade chicken & veggie stirfry in lettuce wrap...mmmm with a couple of secret ingredients (peanut butter and chili pepper). Boy did we enjoy eating. And Jason, Krishell's husband said "there's a porkchop in every beer". I didn't look very hard for that one, but for dessert there was a fruit tray and a cherry cobbler. No one went home hungry. A good time was had by ALL!

I could not agree more Linda, This was one of the best pot lucks ever. The food was Phenomenal. We had a lot of laughs and met some new people. I can't wait for the next one. Jason is hilarious. Krishells husband, she is the owner of Elder Care and Coach stop.

It was great that you and Greg were able to come. I miss you guys when you are not there--especially your laughter!! Each party night we have is fun, and the food is delicious, but it is so nice to see the DADBA members and their husbands and wives playing the card games. Blessings, Linda www.LindaPastor.com
