Firehouse Clean Up After Events - Kudos to Koze!

A huge kudos to Koze! She had a real big event at the firehouse last night and I walked in this morning and the place was is in absolute superb condition.

Lately it seems that many think that their mom works here and is supposed to clean up after them. Well she does not. It is your event, please clean up after your guests.

A couple maintenance rules for having your event at the firehouse, please make sure to do each and everytime to avoid a invoice in your locker.

-Wipe down tables and bar.

-Light spot vacuum.

-Wipe down kitchen, put away the dishes you used.

-Spot sweep lobby and kitchen.

-Damp mop kitchen and any spills in lobby.

-Double check bathroom.

-Take your trash, out.

-If you take down all the members promo items, please place them back.

-Return table and chairs to original position


These small steps keep the costs down, and the building appearance presentable in between weekly cleanings.

I need to say that I feel very privileged to have a great place like the DADBA HQ to hold my SendOutCards training events.

Where could anyone go to have complete access to a facility like this? Everything is great and available to me with my advance access membership. Believe me, I checked around and this is THE BEST deal in town! I am very proud to be a member of DADBA and very grateful for all that my membership offers.
