I would like to give Terri a big Kudos. Her food is awsome and she takes the time to talk with everyone. Terri is a DADBA member and just opened up. The name of the resturaunt is Mississippi Buyou. We attended her grand opening Where she served 400 people. I hope we have a DADBA meeting there soon. (The 7:30 meeting would be awsome )

This type of post makes me happy !!! Step 1 go to DADBA member establishment. Step 2 Think about taking picture of the food your served. Step 3 Upload picture to outside hosting provider. Step 4 Post photo to message. Step 5 Comment on the delicious dinner you received. Step 6 Verify and post message The information has alot to say about the wonderful time you had, even more about the wonderful person you are for eating at a DADBA member establishment, then taking the steps and time to help out another local business by blogging the experience. Kudos!

I took my mom to Mississippi Bayou on Thursday night for her birthday. The food was OUTSTANDING, and the service was wonderful. I had blackened salmon and sweet potato casserole. My mom had a sampler platter so we tasted a lot of the menu, including crab cakes, crawfish etoufee, ribs, jambalaya, cheesy potatoes, etc. Everything was so good, and boy did we have leftovers! Not to mention, very good prices, too!

That is one of my favorite places to eat. I was really happy to find out they rejoined DADBA and ALL DADBA members get 20% OFF. Not that a discount is needed it is already reasonably priced and she is a really good cook. We always leave with leftovers. : P
