Looking for part-time office work

Just because you never know who knows something - I am working with someone who is looking for part-time work. He lives in Trenton, has a Bachelors and Masters degree, but has been out of work for a few years, and is mainly looking for part-time office work to get back into the workforce, especially anything to do with HR, clerical, filing and the like. He's done staffing recruiting and is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, and is experienced on computers. Our biggest challenge has been people thinking he's over-qualified for part-time office work, and his gap in employment.
