I need to go yet. I sure don't want to watch some sweaty fat dude in the pool while I eat though.  Can you sweat while you swim?  So we'll see if Bob's give Portofino a run for the money -- or hey, how about a dash for the dough!  A swim for the fin maybe.  OK, now I'm getting carried away. Sorry,  I hope they do. I've only been to Portifino's twice in my life and had crappy service and food both times. I've been to Bob's Boat House twice and have had good service and food both times. |

Our BNI group met at Bob's Boat House last night...great appetizers and it's very roomy in there. Lots of space between the tables and you don't feel so "crammed in" like at other restaurants. At least that was MY impression. We'll definitely go back for dinner again soon.
Do we see a DADBA meeting there in the near future??

Yes, Barb, it was a nice evening. The parking was tight, and we had to walk a ways to get in, but the food was good.
Our waitress, Anna was efficient and very helpful. She suggested I try the pineapple salsa...yum!
Oh, and it was nice to see Chris Ruelle.

Yeah ~ I am working on them.... with their Grand Opening this week things have been a bit crazy for them but Paula (the owner) knows about us and asked me to just give her a week or so. I will do my best to snag them!
