It's been about 2 months since we joined DADBA and I'm finally using this board to introduce STEAMING MAD! Carpet, Upholstery, and 24 Hour Flood Service.
I'm Greg Lane and my wife Kristy and I started this business just over 2 years ago. Both of us worked for Northwest Airlines for over ten years and realized that our future there was looking grim. The poor treatment of employees and customers by Northwest taught us what NOT to do with our business. We firmly believe that customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of our business.
We believe consumers deserve the best service for the hard earned money they spend. This is why we've invested so much into our equipment, education, and cleaning procedures. We are IICRC certified and adhere to all of the IICRC standards (learn more about the IICRC at www.iicrc.org) in all of the services we offer. We are not a low priced, one job wonder type of cleaning service. We thoroughly clean all textiles with no residue left behind resulting in your carpets and furniture staying clean longer. Our pricing is NOT competitive with all other cleaners. We do not believe in pricing low over the phone only to "up sell" vital parts of the service once we are in the home. Our phone estimates are accurate over 95% of the time.
