As business owners, I think we all focus on outstanding customer service. I heard this quote at our training conference last weekend and thought I'd share it. (Other good quotes will be shared later) Customer service is not a department; it's an attitude! Have a great day of service!

I had seen one that said: A customer isn't an interruption of our job but the reason for it.

I agree with the quote. I always thought it was funny when some people act like a customers concern is an interruption in their day. I am glad that I have never experienced that with any DADBA members. We should all be eager to serve!
