In today`s article below, more gloom and doom on Michigan and the economy. Seems it`s going to be bad for a while. I would like to inform you our village DADBA will be just fine. There are about 400 residents to be found here and more residents moving in daily.
We have what I believe to be just about everything we need in our little village. Our own baker, mailing service, car dealers, taverns, communications. I think there is everything we need to continue here in our little town for a very long time.
Now as business owners in cities and villages across Michigan fall upon hard times. I believe our business owners in DADBA village will be doing well. It takes great effort and discipline by every DADBA resident to insure the success of our village. All residents of the village at this time are encouraged to do the following during the upcoming economic struggle.
1- Buy only from other village members. This is a strict guideline to be followed if we want our village to do well. All residents are encouraged to take time and see what they are purchasing from outside the village and make immediate changes to their spending, only buying from other village members. All village members can be found using this link here.

2- All residents are encouraged to visit other village members as often as possible. Monthly meetings are held and scheduled for each villager to show off their goods and services. Village meetings schedule can be found here.

3- Residents that are traveling outside of village limits for goods and services because the village does not have that service or product should do their best to encourage such other villager to move into our village. More Information here:

4- Residents that are traveling outside of village limits too often for goods and services might as well move to another village.
5- Residents should encourage others to come to our village and purchase more. Good residents and citizens of DADBA by all means will refer family members and friends that are not living in our village to other DADBA villagers that provide such good and services: Located Here www.dadba.org/home/downriverdirectory.html
All are encouraged to follow rules 1 through 5 very closely. Doing so makes you a good citizen of DADBA.
The state already leads the nation in unemployment and is expected to lose another 51,200 jobs in 2008, according to a University of Michigan forecast. That could jack up the jobless rate above the 7.7 percent rate recorded in October, the highest rate in the nation for the month and the highest in Michigan since late 1992.
