Looking for a 1400 square foot or larger ranch with an unfinished basement (unfinished w/7 foot + ceilings) and an attached 2 car garage. I would prefer a 3br or 2br with bonus/office room. Basement must not leak. Looking in Southgate, Riverview, Trenton, Woodhaven, Brownstown, Gibralter... basically downriver but not Wyandotte, Taylor and Romulus. A condo is ok.
