We always have a good time at LTB, and the turnout is wonderful. My guest (shared with Barb Duran) was pleased to see so many business people all in one place. (:-)
Blessings, Linda

GREAT turnout for the lunch meeting...Lots of great contacts and business transacted!! I just renewed my dues for another year and am looking forward to meeting a lot more DADBA members!! I bragged to my BNI group this morning about how great our DADBA group is...I think quite a few more will be joining DADBA in the near future. Barb

I like DADBA because its not so rigid as other networking groups.
I was also wondering if there is a program that awards you points if you bring someone new to the meeting?

I'm not even sure where to begin! What an amazing turn out! In the past I have had memberships to other networks. Everytime I went to a meeting the same people were there and VERY few of them. In 6 mos of membership I never met a single member outside of the 10-15 who would show at their very early meetings.
I just want to say that I couldn't be more impressed with how this organization has developed and I am honored to be a part of such an outstanding network!
Thanks to everyone that took the time to tell me personally about all their companies had to offer. Just that personal touch really opened doors for me to work with new people. I would also like to thank everyone who took the time to hear all about my new company! I look forward to the many appointments that I made with others that day!

Keith, you don't get points for bringing someone... BUT ~ if they JOIN you do!! And typically getting them to the meeting accomplishes that!

Maybe there are no 'special points' for bringing visitors, but it sure is a lot of fun introducing new people to Kevin and Laura.
I love to watch her network. Laura's eyes open wide and she gets right into knowing who your friend is.
Tonight [at the Chamber meeting] I introduced her to two people--Mark and Paul. Look for them to visit our group soon--she will be calling them next week. They liked what they heard and they took in the excitement on Laura's face when she talked about all of us.
Mark is director of sales at the Holiday Inn and Paul has a unique business called Clergy on Call.
Blessings, Laura

Thanks Linda!!! We had a blast last night at the Chamber ABO.... there were several DADBA Members there with booths set up & it was a "biker" theme! The Holiday Inn did a great job and I am excited to meet with Mark next week! I have to admit the first ABO I went to I was nervous and uncomfortable.... that isn't the case at all anymore. Our DADBA members that are Chamber members are always welcoming and have a smile for us! You guys are also great with the introductions to your friends that aren't yet part of our group!!! So THANK YOU for that too!!! I met some great new people and I think that they will all come on board!
