The program is called Google Analytics ( www.google.com/analytics/ ) It gives you all the information that you could possibly use for your website to make sure it is performing. Superb data. Including new and returning visitors, time on site, IP addresses, charts and graphs the whole kit and kaboodle. You ever wanted to see how in-depth web technology is, I suggest using the program and placing the code on your site. So in depth- I can see visitors to the site, exactly what city, state or country they are coming from, and what pages they visit, what time they visit, how long they spend on the site. Which is awesome. DADBA receives alot of traffic from the Southfield area, probably 25% but Laura can print reports and see exactly which city she needs to concentrate on. Example: Flat Rock, we receive very little traffic from this city, so Laura goes and spends some time in Flat Rock, at the same time I can see the extra traffic coming in from Flat Rock. Any of you that are using salespersons, flyer delivery, marketing firms, etc This is a great way to see if there doing their job. You can also set conversion goals. Example the DADBA join page or for you, your products page. It will tell you how many visitors click through from your main site landing pages to whatever pages you choose to track. If you are having problems getting people to the specific pages you want them to go to, they have a bounce rate system which tells you that your potential customer might be having difficulty on your site. The best thing about it all, another FREE service from Google.

Google Analytics is no installed into my store. Did I read right where it only updates every 24 hours and it is not real time? Just checking so I can make sure it is working correctly.
Thanks!

Bob, It's been a long time since I've added to my sites - but that sounds right, it needs time to gather the data. tim
