Thanks to Ronna George, Verizon Wireless when my husband's cell went swimming on vacation, I e-mailed Ronna and she went into action to find us a store that could replace his phone quickly!
I can't tell you how great it was to be able to rely on a fellow member for help, even when you are out of town!
Thanks again Ronna and if any member needs new service call her! She set me up with my new phone, with great expertise, got me the best deal on what I wanted and I have not had a dropped call since.
