Well, it happened, a crown came off from a back tooth recently and I needed to get to the dentist quick. Having had many years of bad experiences at the dentist, I was extremely nervous--ok I had fears--mountains of them. I called Dr. Parker, a DADBA associate and a member of my BNI group. She had recently taken care of John [hubby] and he was doing well, so I bit the bullet and called her. In just a few minutes, Dr. Parker, with her soothing spirit and confidence, listened to my story, was able to reassure me, reset the crown (that had never really set properly before) and then she did something that no dentist had ever done before--she adjusted my bite to my comfort, [Thank God] ... So then this week after having had that positive experience, I went to see Melanie, one of the office hygienists and started the cleaning process--I say process because my teeth have major sensitivity concerns. Melanie was very gentle and thorough and mindful of those issues. I highly recommend the professional services of Dr. Kristen Parker and Dr. Jackson's office for anyone who has previously had bad experiences at the dentist--my experiences with Dr. Parker and the office staff are very positive. Kathy Kane I didn't realize DDS Parker was part of Doctor Jackson's as well. I have HIGH dental anxiety. I don't know why but I fear my 6 month cleaning just as much as a cavity. Dr. Jackson is the ONLY dentist I have felt comfortable with and him and his staff always go out of their way for me. I always feel like an bad when I go in there because of the fears, when I know there is nothing to fear, because i always feel like a PITA. However they NEVER make me feel like a bother to them. My last dentist yelled at me once and I thought I was going to have to bust the light over his head. LMAO Never had that feeling with Doctor Jackson and the crew! Plus he has a big picture of Kramer from seinfeld in the bathroom, how can you not want to go there?!

Hi DADBA, just an update on the quality care I have received at the Family and Cosmetic Dentistry office in Trenton. Yesterday I went for a cleaning session. Doesn't sound too involved does it? Well, it is for me with my physical limitations... A bit of history: I had a car accident in 1970 which left me with the inability to recline without discomfort -- have you looked at those new dental chairs?? They look so comfortable, and are for a normal person without my physical challenges--my hubby John is so relaxed when he goes. He kicks back, puts his feet up, and allows the massaging pad to sooth his back muscles while he is there... well, sorry, I digress. I saw Melanie, one of the several office hygienists and she started the cleaning process on my teeth--I say process because my teeth have major sensitivity concerns and medical issues that require several visits. Melanie was very gentle and thorough and mindful of my comfort. Thank you Melanie. Thank you Dr. Kristen Parker. I highly recommend the professional services of Dr. Kristen Parker at Dr. Jackson's office for anyone who has previously had bad experiences at the dentist--my experiences with Dr. Parker and the office staff remain very positive.
