It has really been a benefit for me when I get leads from the corporate office via our national advertising, and there is no phone number to contact them, only an address. I will send them a very personalized card, explaining who I am, and where our Get ORGanized Dealership is located, and also add pictures of what ever product they showed interest in from our main national ad campaign.
It's a great way to introduce yourself in a more freindly and still professional manner, to let your clients know that you will go out of your way to provide them quality service.
