Thank you Tony McPeek and Kim Hodge from ACN for my new phone service. Switching from my old carrier to ACN was seamless and easy. I love having the option to check my voice mail messages on-line! I called ACN to make sure the service was ready on the start date and for help plugging in the new system and I talked to a real live person - guess where he was? Marquette Michigan! I love that their tech support is not only in the US, but in Michigan! It was a pleasure to talk to him and to hear that they also have offices in Farmington Hills as well. It's been a pleasure doing business with Kim, Tony and ACN! I recommend talking to them about your phone service options - I'm looking forward to saving about $30 a month on my phone bill and I'm getting more features than I had before.
