Does anyone know the date of the downriver cruise this year? I am working on my class schedule and don't want to book that date. Thanks in advance.  |

Thanks Frank! Meals are coming along fine. Today I am refining my Pork & Black Bean Chili recipe for my chili class. Great day for chili!!!

Hey Chef Brian,
Both my husband Mark and I are planning on attending your chili class - as long as we can get a sitter. I'm thinking we'll offer to pay the sitter (usually my brother-in-law) in chili....looking forward to the class and spending time in the firehouse.

Hey Leanna, I look forward to seeing you and meeting your husband. The heritage newspapers will be sending a photographer to the first class so I am really trying to fill this one up. If you cant find a babysitter bring them along, you are never too young to learn. I started at age 3 frying cheerios one morning when I was hungry and my mother was sleeping. The rest is history. ;D

I am pretty sure that it is always the last Saturday in June ~ So that date should be correct!
