Dear DADBA Family
Beginning next week I will be teaching "Cooking Classes at the Firehouse". Classes designed to make cooking fun again! We have scheduled one weekday evening class and one weekend afternoon class per month. I have fliers available at the firehouse with the schedule for the year. The classes were developed over four years of teaching culinary classes on the road for UAW-Ford employees. You find ways to simplify your cooking methods when you are teaching in Buffalo New York one day and Romeo Michigan the next day. By getting back to the basics and using easy to find ingredients Chef Brian’s classes have inspired many students by making cooking fun again. The main ingredient you will find at every class is FUN (and plenty of large samples). The classes will be highly informative and entertaining and will include recipes for the dishes demonstrated in class. People these days are looking to stretch their entertainment dollars so why not combine entertainment, education and a good meal for your money. I understand that as business owners you are very busy, all I ask is that you post my flyers on the employee bulletin board where you work so we can all spread the word. In return, any dadba member attending can bring along a guest at no charge.

Thanks so much to all that braved the weather to attend the "Chillin with Chili" class. It sure was a good night for chili! The next Chili class will be Saturday, February 16th from 2-4 then we move on to our Sausage class in March. Cooking classes at the firehouse, The entertaining and educational dining experience!

That is on Chef Brians agenda for September..... I am really looking forward to that one. I really appreciate the art of that process ~ I actually prefer to watch someone else do it but I think that the basics would come in handy.
