My Church is currently looking for a building Downriver to buy. An actual church building would be ideal but we would be willing to convert a building into a place of worship. We need a parking lot that would fit up to 50 cars and about 3000 Sq Ft of building.

Vince, Please let me know if you find other DADBA members who deal with Commercial Real Estate as you receive responses to your posting. I would always refer to fellow-DADBA members when there is an opportunity, but have not yet met a Realtor in DADBA who specializes in Commercial Real Estate. I am discussing DADBA membership with the Commercial Realtor that I mentioned in my initial response and will be meeting with him again on Friday. I have also made a call to Scott Williams to learn more about his business and to establish a referral relationship as well. Hey you guys ~ keep me in the loop for that realtor that specializes in commercial property too... Not trying to step on our other realtors toes that are already in the group at all here but I have had a few members ask me about someone that only sells/brokers commercial property on several occasions.
