I am looking for a good realtor in Tampa/ St Pete, FLA area. Anybody know anyone or looking into a retirement or investment property? We may be interested in selling our condo in April. We have renters Jan-April that come every year, but we haven't been able to get down there as much and we are picking about who we rent to but we hate that it is not getting used, it is beautiful there...
