Single Mother needing house to rent

I am currently renting a home in Melvindale but the area is having problems with drug deals and lots of trouble.
I currently have a 3 bedroom but willing to move down to a 2 bedroom with basement and/or garage. I can only afford $700 or less. Currently I pay $675.
