$50 gift certificates

Hello everyone,
If you work with suppliers, please consider filling out this survey for my brother-in-law. He's giving away 20 $50 gift certificates. He's having a hard time finding business owners and decision makers to do the survey because he doesn't interact with them much as a student. My vending machine business is small potatoes, but maybe yours isn't. And I wasn't sure if my information could help, but I figured, hey...why not.

Actually, every business person interacts with suppliers and is sometimes a supplier. Should be easy for most.
