"Magic Potion"
Incredible as it may seem, water is quite possibly the single most important catalyst for staying healthy! Although most of us take it for granted. Water is basically the "Magic Potion" for true overall health!
Here are some of the many benefits of drinking clean water:
1) Water helps to maintain proper muscle tone by giving muscles their natural ability to contract and prevent dehydration.
2) Water also helps to prevent sagging skin that usually follows weight loss. Shrinking cells are buoyed by water, which plumps the skin and leaves it clear, healthy and resilient.
3) Water helps rid the body of waste. During weight loss the body has a lot more waste to get rid of...all that metabolized fat must be shed and water helps flush out the waste (water is a HUGE factor in permanent weight loss).
4) Water can help relieve constipation. When the body gets too little water, it siphons out what it needs from internal sources. The colon is one primary source. Results? Constipation. However, when a person drinks enough water, normal bowel function usually returns.
If you are not drinking enough water your body fluids will be thrown out of balance and you may experience sluggishness/tiredness, fluid retention, unexplained weight gain and loss of thirst (too name a few!).
