Yes, Brian, technically according to the IRS you can call it a job/career...however I believe you have too much fun to call it work. I'm thinking of bringing shrimp & fried rice and a white chocolate/chocolate mousse pie. Blessings, Linda

No problem, you are both right! Sometimes, I can't believe I get paid to do some of the parties I do! What a life. As far as getting to the fire station, The Jeep will get us there if the snow was two feet deep! I want some of that pie!!!!

This is the first time I am making this kind of pie in a very long time--like over 5 years. I am praying that it turns out good as since I made it, I know what's in it and therefore I can have some of it-- (:-) Blessings, Linda

Think I`m going to make some type of fish seasoned with lime and chilli, also thinking about making some Pina Colada`s or something tropical to get me out of this Death Storm mode..

Kevin, your fish was AWESOME!. I would never have thought to bake fish with fruit. I usually need a tartar or cocktail sauce to flavor/compliment the fish, but the lime and other fruits were a perfect touch.
What great food and fun we had last night! Everything was wonderful! We had fish, BBQ meatballs and boneless chicken, shrimp and rice pilaf,
And a special thanks to Chef Brian Ramirez for making the beef wellingtons--one with and one without cheese [for me]. Mmmmm.
Blessings, Linda
