This morning we awoke to lots of snow and John went out to shovel. On the porch there was a brown paper bag addressed to me. Inside was one of my favorite things--Lentil Salad.
I have had Lentil Salads many times...I love it. But I have found that fellow DADBA Member, and friend, Lisa Merrill, Registered Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist makes the best.
And sure enough Lisa had her annual Christmas Party this weekend and she made some. I did not get to the party, but she was kind enough to save some for me--and deliver it to my home.
I am truly Blessed! Thanks Lisa.
