Let me see if I can sum up this thread in a couple sentences. The Bayou has the best ribs Downriver, and I`m a big rib fan, will eat them wherever I go. There is not a better place in Metro Detroit for ribs. Now with that said, if you read this and your another rib place and want me to test your ribs..... please feel free to email me (kevin@purityservice.com) serious inquiries only please. But... the best ribs on my current selection for the Metro Detorit Area 2009-2010, can be found at Mississippi Bayou!!!!!!!!!!
