I have always had bad experiences when I need dental work done. Such horrible situations that I will spare you the details.
This past Saturday I lost a crown on a back tooth, and John will tell you if you ask him, I was in a full blown panic.
I remembered that just last week Dr. Kristen had mentioned in our BNI meeting that many times she was finding decay under crowns. I just knew that would be my experience, hence the panic.
Many things went through my head--cost, pain, finding time to get to the office, pain, rearranging my busy schedule, pain (get the message?).
I called Dr. Kristen's office and left a voice mail. She actually called me back from a party she was attending. (What service.) She gave me the reassurance I needed and I called the office back on Monday and made an appointment.
Tuesday night I had x-rays and (thank You Jesus) no decay. Dr Kristen reset the crown, and I had very little discomfort.
What a Blessing she, and her office staff have been to me.
Linda
